About

Built from inside RTO compliance, not adjacent to it.

Most compliance software treats the Standards as a checkbox. They are a moving target. Units get superseded, scope changes, and a checklist written last year does not know that.

Crest exists because manual file review does not scale past a handful of trainers, and because the reviews that matter are the ones done before an auditor arrives. The rules encoded here come from the Standards and from regulator guidance, not from a guess about what they probably mean.

The product is deliberately narrow. It checks three things properly rather than forty things loosely, and every report states what it did not assess. That is a harder thing to sell and a much easier thing to take into an audit.

Domain first
Years in RTO and VET compliance before a line of this was written. Every check maps to a named Outcome Standard.
Pilot tested
Trainer and strategy checks have been run against real files from operating RTOs, not sample data.
Verified against the register
Qualifications and units are checked against training.gov.au at the time of the run, so superseded products surface immediately.
Stated limits
Each report names what it did not assess. A report that claims to cover everything is not one you can rely on.

See it run on your own documents.

Bring one trainer file. We will show you the report it produces, findings and all.
